Hello! I have not tried that diet for my RRMS. My understanding is that it is more for Progressive MS. Do let me know how your brandy turns out! It is a favorite of mine! Cheers!

Hello! I must admit, we always have run through what I make each year by the end of January, so I have never tested it for longer term storage. Alcohol is a wonderful preservative, but this does contain fruit which can possibly turn rancid eventually. I know my quince gin last over 9 months & it has a much higher fruit proportion, so the Elderberry Brandy should last at least that long. Hope that helps-- Sorry I don't have a more firm time table for you; it is so tasty it never sticks around in our home long enough to give it a chance to turn.
