Pure Perfection With This White Peony Blend! Bai Mu Dan, also known as white peony, is a style of white tea made of unopened silver buds & young leaves. We've paired its mellow, floral & honey notes with gorgeous accent flavors of peony flowers & rose petals. The Bai Mu Dan white tea contains antioxidants, caffeine, L-theanine, chlorophyll, minerals, vitamins & antioxidants. Studies suggest that white tea may provide a higher antioxidant activity than green tea! To this lovely classic tea, we have added house-grown peony petals, as well as two lovely adaptogenic herbs: rose & tulsi. The result is a decadent & delicate delight you won't find anywhere else!
We recommend steeping it in 175F - 185F water as higher water temperatures can damage the delicate flavors. It steeps a lovely, pale amber.
