Wild harvested & carefully dried to preserve, whole flower heads. Our mixed wild violets are pesticide free & foraged by hand for purity & quality. You will find our mix to contain a combination of wild violet species including New England Violet (Viola novae-angliae,) Sweet White Violet (Viola blanda,) Blue violets (Viola Tribola,) & Purple violets (Viola palmata.) Dried violets can be used in tea, cordials, tinctures, & syrups, as well as baked goods. I particularly enjoy some mixed in with my jasmine green tea -- they give a delightful, floral-green note.
Sold by volume in 1 oz [about 1gr] & 2 oz [2grm] bags or 4 oz bail-jars that contain 3 ounces by volume [3grm] of dried herbs.
