TO USE: Place 1-3 steamers out of direct line of water, but so that steam and shower mist gently hit it -- this can be over the drain, on the floor at the back of the shower (farthest from the drain), or on a ledge or shelf. It will begin to fizz and slowly release the aromatherapy oils into the steam: Breathe deeply and enjoy.
