Join us in the Local Batch Kitchen Saturday July 26th at 2pm to whip some Queen Anne's Lace Jelly up with Mary Kate's pro-canning equipment! It's sure to be a blast & tickets are limited.
Tickets include new Ball jars for your jelly & all the ingredients EXCEPT the flower infusion. Each attendee will leave with about 20 oz of wildflower jelly, a copy of the recipe, & the know-how. So, grab some blossoms & let's go!
You will have a bit of homework, as your Queen Anne's Lace infusion needs to steep for 24 hours before class. Once tickets are purchased, you will receive instructions on how to make your infusion. Be prepared to use 1 cup [roughly 10 umbels] of fresh-picked Queen Anne's Lace flowers. You bring in your flower infusion & we will teach you how to make & preserve the jelly!
