STEAM: Add 2 tablespoons to wide bowl & cover with 2 cups boiling water. Cover head with a towel & steam for 5-10 minutes.
BATH: Add 3 tablespoons to muslin bag or large tea-ball & add to hot bath. Breathe in the aromatic herbs and essential oils. Gently massaging the bag can help release the fragrance, increasing the benefit.
